Guests are provided the following.

COMMUNITY.  Guests love our location. We are steps away from the Purple Fiddle, Tip Top Coffee Coffee & Bakery, Picnic, Farm Up Table, River Front Pizza, Elenders, Invisible, Gradient Space,  Creature, Bloom, MUD ceramics, Talking Leaves, Santagelo, and all the shops that are tucked into this pedestrian oriented town.

KITCHEN.  A fully functioning kitchenette with all utensils and wares required to make simple to complex meals, including an under-counter mini-fridge, gas range with high volume exhaust, air fryer/oven/toaster, and microwave. Crystal glassware is provided for your cocktails and wine. We supply salt, pepper, and organic olive oil.

COFFEE, TEA & FILTERED WATER.  A frothy Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee pods are provided, but know that Tip Top Coffee & Bakery (the best rated coffee shop in West Virginia) is directly next door. Filtered water flows from the kitchen tap from a 4-stage Aquasuana filter. An assortment of teas and a french press and coffee grinder is available for those that travel with their beans.

BATHROOM. On-demand hot water for long rain showers, complimentary Dandy bar soap, UNI shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap, twisted rose incense, house matches, and 100% cotton bath towels/linens are provided. All bathrooms have an exhaust fan and heater.

BEDROOM. A medium/firm queen mattress with 400-count organic sateen cotton sheets, four hypoallergenic pillows (two firm and two fluffy), and an alternative down all-season Saatva duvet with a linen duvet cover. Solid wood shutters and french return curtains are in place for privacy and light blocking. A Yogasleep Dohm white noise machine is bedside for those of us who prefer/need to block out the world during rest.

LIVING/DINING. A wonderful designated living area with day bed, pillows, lounge chair/rocker, vintage rugs, side tables, and all the dimmable mood-setting lights your heart desires is waiting for you.

MEDIA/DATA. You’ll have a high-fidelity Klipsh bluetooth speaker for streaming music and podcasts and free WiFi with data rates averaging 120+ Mbps (More than sufficient for remote workers to carry stable video conferencing and wifi calls). A smart TV with airplay and casting features, with HBO, Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and Disney channels. We do not provide basic cable.

PATIO/ENTRY. There is a shared entry staircase from street to the Dandy patio. During warmer months, we encourage you to hang out here and enjoy the 2000+ pixelated light show. Each flat has a designated sitting area and coffee table. 

ARTWORK. Beautiful and inspiring artwork of local/regional working artists and/or dead geniuses.

PRIVACY. Guests will have sole and private access to the entire apartment. The staircase and covered patio to Front Street is shared with the neighboring flat.
